I will turn your world upside down.

Is it worth it? Is it worth shit?

Back in 59' the Russians saw what the dark side of the moon looked like and made a postage stamp based on the first interplanetary fax ever sent to Earth that we know of.

It's crazy to see how the next 'hit' or 'buzz' can consume someone when you are sober and inside of the glass house you've built over the years. It's funny how you want to tear out that glass and put up big brick walls instead which would be so enlightening.

"I am my own God. We are here to unlearn the teachings of the church, state, and our educational system. We are here to drink beer. We are here to kill war. We are here to laugh at the odds and live our lives so well that Death will tremble to take us."

- Buk

Building walls and breaking walls and dark sides of the moon - the Mighty Jack Irons has released a new album which showcases his instrumental prowess with the drums.

A great cover song in my humble opinion of "Shine On, You Crazy Diamond" is a highlight of this album.

A song I play on repeat though is 'Water Song'. This song features Flea on electric bass and Stone Gossard on guitar. Both of the guests of course from bands that Irons used to be a big part of. Two of the greatest bands of my generation.

When the joggers are running up on me while I'm walking down the street I will start to run away from them scared and see what they do. That or I will pretend I am in a relay and expect them to pass me a baton. Of course, they are in much better shape than I am so I best not be such a smart ass.

When I'm 64, it will be 2040 or so and much will have changed.

Regardless of what happens in the election next month, I feel that anyone who gives their unwavering beliefs to anyone in the following years will have reason to be afraid. How sad that is.

Most of us may not make it to 64 and should be so lucky.

"Oh, I feel some concern for my future, all right. Sure. Sure, I do." I thought about it for a minute. "But not too much, I guess. Not too much, I guess."

Weather prediction accuracy was brutal this year. So was last year's flu shot come to think of it.

Get in line for your flu shots! Step right up!

You all make me sick. Not with the flu either.

Show me evidence that the substance you stick into people will prevent us from an outbreak. How dare you play GOD?

You can't even predict the weather.

Keep on rockin the free world, even if it is upside down.
