I'm listening to the Pyramid Song and there are millions and millions of people on this planet right now. I wonder what stops us from making the world a better place quite often. Are amazing inventions happening at the same rate as they ever have been? Are we just not hearing about them? Diseases are spreading rampantly. Ever hear the saying, "What did they put in the water there?" or "Must be in the water"? Truth be told that there is stuff in our water. It's brown. It has been used for a toxic waste dispenser. People piss in it. Dump gas in it. Spill oil in it. Mercury levels are high. We buy water by the bottles now. We still shower without bottled water though. And I always found it odd that a woman would walk into our class and make us swish a coloured drink and spit it out. Watch us like a hawk too. It is afterall, "in their opinion, an effective decay preventative agent, and is of significant value when used in a conscientiously applied progam of oral hygiene and regular professional care". As long as that's their opinion I'm fine with it. No questions asked. No competition there. It doesn't matter to us these days why we do the things we do. In my opinion, I feel that the human race used to ask more questions about WHY things are the way they are. We all know that some things are not right. We even get worked up about them. But we always seem to stop short of doing anything about them. It's in the water I guess. Our blood. We're just too busy devolving. We trust in so many things we really know nothing about yet we are very untrustworthy of each other on a daily and individualistic basis.

I'm going to go brush my teeth now. I need sleep. I'm not crazy. Have a great weekend.
