Karma Police



The flight was long to get here and during the evening I saw many fires blazing red from 30K feet over BC. Amazing and truly sad sight. Sorry my camera wasn't with me, but it's probably for the better. I met people at airport who I knew from university, and they gave me a ride to meet other friends. Small world.



I went to the Granville Island Market, we had breakfast and later I watched The Best of Will Ferrell. I recommend it. My rental car has Ontario plates, go figure. Only Ontario plates I've seen out here.



We went to Whistler over the weekend. I''m getting big wrinkles outside of my eyes, I'm too young for that.



My friends place had a nice view. We saw a young woman who took about 14 inhalations from a pipe in a neighbouring apartment complex. I don't know how she was still standing after that. Yes, we also saw a naked woman. In a place with so many apartments viewable with the naked eye, why people leave their blinds or curtains open is beyond me.



I went to Kitsilano for lunch on Sunday and watched football. I had bad picks this week again. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up. This picture below is from the Ninety-Niner near Brittania Beach. Great breakfast spot. I signed the guestbook.



Great radio out here on 99.3 FM. I swear they have different and better versions of songs here or I'm just hearing things more clearly. Click right here if you ever want to listen to it online. I checked into a hotel today. Nice view overlooking downtown.
