I'm off to BC for a couple of weeks. I'll update the page if I get time. In the meantime, here is something that my friend wrote that I thought I'd share with you because I liked it.

I am always here. This is why I was born, to sit here, day after day after day after day, to get worried about things that are insignificant and trivial in the grand scheme of things, yet those insignificant and trivial things allow me to purchase items and go on vacations so I can relieve my mind from the stresses of sitting here every day. Even when I buy those things and go on those vacations my mind is still here, it kind of all comes full circle in the end and makes me wonder why I sit here.
