The cab driver was going to turn left from where he picked me up when I told him to turn right. He became aware that I was a local. I didn't call him on his attempt to take the long way and he then started to talk. People always open up to me even when I am closed for business.

He mentioned how the world was in disarray and all of the leaders were taking us down the wrong path. He mentioned the state of our academic institutions and what products were being delivered from them. He mentioned that people were not applying themselves and if they were, their knowledge was being suppressed. I mentioned the pyramids after he told me about whom he thought were the most intelligent people on Earth and he wondered what happened to that civilization - obviously it was intuitive and forward thinking. Something had to have given though with them.

The conversation stopped for a moment.

The sky was clear and blue today. The blood was flowing in my veins much better than it was the past six months. The air seemed fresher, although I'm not sure if that was the truth.

The cab driver said to me: "We shouldn't blame the Wolf if it's the Shephard's fault."

I couldn't agree more. I then stepped out of the cab and enjoyed the rest of the day because I could.
