Seeing The Light Can Make You Blind:

Mandy had grown up to be quite a looker, if only she could see herself now. You ever hear about someone going blind from an eclipse? Well, that was Amanda, my friend and early childhood neighbour.

We played house. We ran into the fields. We told each other secrets. This was your typical childhood stuff. Mandy always wears sunglasses now though. She has many different kinds. My favourites are the ones she purchased from some store called Nine-West.

It was me that told her to look into the sun that day so that she would find true happiness.

She still thanks me.
